Printed on Porcelain
Forever remembered in porcelain. Do you have a special image that you want printed in porcelain? These make a great present or a keepsake to have in the your home.
How it works:
Step 1: Send me an image of your choosing to ty_whiteside@hotmail.com. The higher quality, the better the image will come out on the porcelain tile. If you send me the image I can let you know if the quality is good enough for a professional outcome . At this stage you can pick which frame you want: black, white or wooden.
Step 2: Once I have the image and size that will fit in the frame, I will get the image printed on the special enamel ink used to print onto porcelain. This process takes about 2 weeks to be returned to me. I will get it fired and glazed in my own kiln.
Step 3: When the print is returned, it is time to print the image onto the porcelain tile and put it in the kiln for the final firing at 890 degrees, this allows the enamel ink to melt into the porcelain.
Step 4: Delivery – There are two options, you can send me your address and I can post the finished result to you for a small postage fee or you can pick it up from the workshop, please arrange this with me in advance.
