Family Handprints

Family memories captured in clay.  I can create family and baby hand prints.   There are standard sizes hand prints you can pick from or you can contact me if you want a custom size and a quote.  Depending on the size and preference, there is a choice of them being mounted onto a box frame or onto wood.

How it works : 

Step 1.  Once you have contacted me and established the details (date, price, box frame or wood, how many prints are being taken, size etc) , I call out to a place of your choice to take the prints. This involves pressing hands/feet/paws into soft clay. We will also talk about the colors you prefer and the text you want written on the clay. There is a charge of 50% at this stage.

Step 2.  I will take the clay  away and get it dried and fired. It will get glazed and fired again. This process normally takes around 2 weeks. Once it has been fired twice, it is now ready to be mounted onto box frames or wood.

Step 3.  Delivery is the final step. You can either come to my workshop to collect it or I could come to a place of your convenience with an additional charge depending on the location. The remaining 50% will be paid at this stage
