This depends on your location.  If you live in UK or Ireland it should be with you in 2-3 days from the time of dispatch. For the rest of the world it could take 2-4 weeks from dispatch.

if the item is broken/faulty on arrival you will receive a full refund. For this, you will need to provide an image of the parcel and an image of the broken/faulty piece(s).

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can not change the shipping address.  It is important to contact us asap if you find you have the wrong shipping address before it being dispatched.

Once your parcel has been dispatched we will send you a tracking number and a website where you will be able to track your parcel.
